„Corporate Lawyer” service includes the following :

A.        Corporate matters:

• preparation of all the documents connected with ordinary and extraordinary meetings of shareholders
  
  
• registration of all the changes in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS)
  
  
• assistance to managing and supervising bodies of the company in preparation of resolutions and other internal documents
  
  
• preparation of agreements between the group companies
  
  
• preparation and analysis of all the  low-value agreements connected with day-to-day operation of the company (maximum value of the subject of the agreement to be arranged individually with a Client).

B.        Labor Law:

• everyday advisory  on the matters connected with hiring employees

• everyday advisory regarding dismissal of employees (except for group dismissals and restructuring)

• representation in disputes with employees before labor courts.

C.        Debt collection:

• conducting collection proceedings – at pre-court, court and execution stage

• representation in court proceedings connected with debt collection

• advisory regarding securing of commercial receivables.

For the avoidance of doubt, it has to be noted that this offer does not include in particular: tax advisory, advisory connected with the real estate purchase, sale and rent, advisory regarding M & A transactions, preparation of agreements related with the core activity of the company, preparation of legal opinions related solely to particular business (e.g. pharmaceutical law, energy law, insurance law etc.).
